With over 30 years of experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, she brings deep expertise in financial strategy, operational transformation, compliance, and capital readiness. Crystal has consulted for a range of prominent organizations, including Central Piedmont Community College, the North Carolina Department of Transportation, BAE Systems, Truist (BB&T), Ally, Girls on the Run, and CW Williams Community Health Center, as well as real estate developers and private equity-backed ventures.

Her work includes CFO roles, audit (for profit and non-profit), financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic feasibility studies tailored to each client’s objectives. She specializes in supporting organizations navigating regulatory environments such as GAAP, FAR, CAS, and DCAA, and has led high-impact projects spanning fintech, manufacturing, healthcare, and nonprofit finance.
